Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalog, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.
We accept credit card payment.If you are shopping from outside the UK, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to your own currency.
We accept PayPal, NoChex, American Express, Visa, Mastercard, Switch and JCB. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. If you wish to send an order by post, please include a cheque (in GB Pounds sterling) or an international money order (in GB pounds sterling), made payable to World Souvenirs Ltd.
Postage is charged seperately based on weight and destination. Prices include any taxes.
CANCELLATIONS. You have the right to cancel 7 days from when you recieve the goods, without giving any reason. You must return the goods at your expense. We will rerturn your money within 30 days.
Shipping And Handling
There is a seperate charge for shipping and handling which is based on weight and destination. The cost is calculated and shown in the order process.
Delivery Schedule
All orders are dealt with as soon as possible.
Most orders are despatched within 4 days.
Our Delivery aims are:
UK is about 7 days.Europe 10 days.
Delivery to USA about 10 to 14 days.
Australia and Far East allow 20 days BUT please allow up to 28 days.
If urgent please let us know.

Back Orders
If your item is not in stock we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Tax Charges
UK and European Union Orders will include Value Added Tax.
Credit Card Security
We know of no documented cases of credit card fraud using our shopping system over the Internet. All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

COMPLAINTS
Should you find a problem then please contact us as soon as possible in order that we can rectify the problem.
If any item is defective, damaged in transit or otherwise unacceptable then we will make every effort to correct the situation to your complete satisfaction.

All complaints will be dealt with fairly, in confidence and speedily. We will also ensure that you are kept fully informed about progress.
RETURNS
If the goods are damaged in transit or faulty, please contact us by email at info@worldsouvenirs.co.uk within 30 days and we will replace them free of charge. We may ask you to return them to us, in which case we will refund your postage costs.
Goods that are unacceptable for any reason may be returned for a refund but you must contact us first for authorisation by email at info@worldsouvenirs.co.uk

Costs are at normal telephone call costs for dialling the United Kingdom.
